We are creating handmade Bookmarks and Greeting Cards, filled with love, using colors and imagination! A perfect way to let your child express their creativity and share their creations with loved ones!

Girls Multi-Sport Camp

Edmonton girls ages 5-12, join us on March 22, 2025 for another Power Up! Girls Multi-Sport Camp.

Thanks to Sport Edmonton, our registration is only $15.00 and it includes and t-shirt and a water bottle.

Girls will be introduced to 3-4 different sports in a safe, girl-friendly environment that focuses on getting girls active and having fun.

Hosted by the Ellerslie, Knottwood and Horizon Community Leagues

Thursday evenings, March 13 to May 15 ((10 weeks, no class on April 3)
7 to 8 pm
Knottwood Community Centre, 449 Knottwood Rd West, NW, Edmonton

Join us for this popular class taught by Navdeep and hosted by the Ellerslie, Knottwood & Horizon Community Leagues!

Suitable for all bodies and experience levels (including beginners), this high-quality hatha and vinayasa flow-style yoga class will focus on reducing stress/anxiety, building body strength, immunity and flexibility.

Benefits also include improved balance and alignment, full body stimulation, weight loss and more.

Cost:

CL members: $50 for 10 wk class ($5/class)
Non-members: $70 for 10 wk class ($7/class)
